Dear sir, I am using my number [protected] from more then 5 yrs i have also upgraded the sim to 4g it was all working fine until 3 days ago my cell phone suddenly lost its signal i tried to fix it but i couldnt i visited airtel stores they asked me to buy a new sim as they said that may be the sim was damaged, but it was not. While all this the store person told me that my surname in their system appears 2 times which is not matching with my adhaar card and pan card and due to this mistake they can not issue me the same number. I request you to please resolve my problem as this sim is registered with all my bank accounts and adhaar card too so i cant change my number. Help Was this information helpful? | |||

I am pot our simcard from idea to Airtel .our simcard run being but verification process does not occur because we have not received any kind of OTP to verify the simcard number. To this problem my number is not working
