Airtel — airtel sim card not working in usa even with international roaming activated

Hi,

I had my international roaming activated on my card since 2013. It was working fine all this time until last month. I had enough money on the card but now, no messages and no calls on this number. I have all my india accounts, ids configured with this number and i need to keep it active.

Please suggest if there is a way to re-activate it?
