Airtel — Airtel SIM Reactivation for NRI

Hi! I am an NRI student who is studying in Pune. Due to the pandemic I had to come back to Dubai and now its time for me to go back to Pune and when I tried checking my phone, it isn't active any more! I have been trying to make phone calls frequently and complete transactions from my phone, so there is no issue of it not being active. Please do the needful and rectify this issue since I have to go back in a month and if my phone is not working, it is going to be very difficult for me during my travel. And please do try to get some new plan for NRI's or even people who have a secondary sim card for emergencies etc. Getting a new SIM card is just a waste of time, money and even bad for the environment!
