I was visiting bangalore.
On 16th i went to the airtel store located in kaggadasapura main road, bengalururequest support to enhance compatibility of 4g dongle with macbook air. The representative didn't know how to go about it and when i informed that the technical team had said its possible to upgrade dongle settings to match macbook air i was told straight away told that the technical team had misinformed me. There seem to be no initiative to try and find a solution. I then requested that a complaint be lodged to which he said i can send a mail and the store can only take a feedback.
There was no attempt by the store manager or the representatives to contact the technical team to understand the real issue. I then went and called up the technical support team and then i had to initiate the discussion between them and the store which finally resulted in the store registering a service request as required.
The airtel stores have been set up to help the customers and not to just be a centre to recharge its or sell sim connections. I find the attitude appalling. All this resulted in my wasting 2 hrs of my time which could have been solved in a matter of mins by the store. Was this information helpful? |
