Airtel — airtel store located in kammanahalli

I had a very bad experience with the airtel store located in kammanahalli bangalore 560084. I lost my official sim and when went to apply even before the store closing time they said they can not do it and come to next day. Later i visited to another store near by where i faced the same issue. It was really embarrassing when they close their work even before the closing time of the store.
