Airtel — airtel store manager charging for mnp rs 50

I had ported from jio to airtel recently, the service centre guy asked rs. 50 and also told that it is only for porting and the sim wont have any recharge value, later i saw on back of the sim card package, there is not price mentioned, i asked the manager the mnp is for free of then why are collecting charge
He replies its official you can complain where ever you want.in this case both the service center and company are fraud, i tired to contact airtel through existing airtel customer number but i could not talk to them by any means, there is no response for my email also, this kind of frauds should not be spared so please take action.
