Airtel — airtel - unable to catch signal after porting into airtel | |
Dear airtel, I’ve given port in request to airtel on 3rd march 2020 from vodafone. The number has been ported-in to airtel on 07th march 2020 11:28 pm. I received an sms stating "once your mobile displays no network, please insert the airtel sim in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details" There were no network after 07th march 2020 11:28 pm and inserted new airtel sim but sim not able to catch the signal though there was (Is) full signal of airtel 4g, 3g, 2g. If i dial my number from other number i get ivr msg that the number does not exist, please check the number. Till now i’m getting the same error message. I tried calling airtel customer care (Many times) from other numbers but no use no one responded properly and cut the call. Now i’m thinking why i’ve ported to airtel where there is no value for end users. Why you have disconnected the vodafone network when you are not able give your network?
