Airtel — Airtel wi-fi / installation delay and disappointed customer support

ID[protected], Requested for installation on 22nd march 2025 and received the confirmation SMS received as well for installation on 22nd march 2025, But till date the installation is not completed till date nor received the call from any of the team members.
No proper customer escalation matrix, No proper response from customer care support line.
It's a routine message being generated by Airtel again and again, instead of resolution.
Big Disappointment for the esteem customer by choosing Airtel Wi-Fi.
