Airtel — airtel xstream dth box picture quality issues

I upgraded my hd setup box to xstream box. The same day itself noticed that the box picture quality is pathetic and not supporting the dolby sound as well. The picture is dark and a red tinge is present. I am using mi 49inch android smart tv. I checked with other amazon fire sticks and all. There no issue with the display.in box hdmi diagnostics its always showing hdr unavailable.
If you ca't rectify this issue, please refund my amount[protected] recharge+250 installation charge) and return back my old hd box.
