[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel Xstream Fiber router not reinstalled even after 25 days of account reactivation

I had an Airtel Xstream Fiber connection which became inactive around 3 months ago. During that period, Airtel collected my router/modem.

I recharged and reactivated my account 25 days ago, but even after several follow-ups, the router has not been reinstalled.

I have already raised complaints through the Airtel Thanks app and customer care but no resolution yet.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and reinstall my router/modem as my account is already active and paid.

in uploaded Photo without contact its auto status updated issuse resolved but the issuse was not resolved yet.
