I Mrs. Archana Dinesh Anarse, (Airtel Xstream Fiber ID [protected]). I am writing this Complaint because of worst service provided by airtel Xstream to me.
In second week of September I requested Mr. Sanchit Patil (Mob No. [protected], I suppose He is distributor of airtel Xstream) for installation of airtel broadband device. He installed Nokia wifi device and connected Xstream line on 24 sept 2020. He asked to pay rupees 5234/- to airtel through provided link. I paid 5234 Rs for two time because on website it was showing failed transaction.
After that on 27th sept he installed device and device was active for next 2-3 days after that device is not showing network and still it is not working for last one month, I have doughter and child who were using this wifi for their studies and from last one month just because of airtel Xstream they can't able to attain there classes, all the lossess are because of airtel only.
Since then I was trying to call mr. Sanchit Patil as well as airtel costomer care ([protected]) for 100of time but I was not getting any response from Airtel. I recieved messages like we are working on your request and many more.
I went to Police station few days back, they asked me to try once by sending mail to company. I have all call details with costumer care as well as with local distributor. I was trying to call Mr. Sanchit from last 10-15 days now he is not even reciving my call, and not even replying to messages. Even I had many calls with airtel costumer care everyday since from last month. I mailed airtel on nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, they are replying me every time since from 14th of Oct as we are working on your issue, but till date no any person from Airtel visited my place and not even single call from Airtel.
