Airtel — airtel xtreme fiber connection not installed even after successful kyc and payment

Hi Team,
This is to inform you that I have requested for Airtel Xtreme Fiber Connection and got a call from one of your representative regarding confirmation and KYC. After successful document process and online payment (link provided by executive came for kyc) on April 11, 2020 I was told to wait for 24 hrs and engineer will call for installation. But till now I haven't received any response from your side.

Neither customer care number is helping in any sense nor your Airtel Thanks App.

Also your executives who called me for all the process has blocked my number .

No response since April 11, 2020. Kindly solve this ASAP. In my area on the other hand people are getting new connections installed but why not mine???

Kindly do the needful and refund my money if you cannot install.
