Airtel — Aitel dth not installed and asking for money

I have booked airtel dth box online for my old father, since two days engineer is unable to install the connection, and harrasing my father, which is not tolerable, now engeering is saying that there is issue with my tv but we playing videcon d2h in its hdmi port and its working, engineer is asking for money, the worst customer service and fraud by airtel dth, harrasing my old father and mother, i need immediately response and dont want dth from airtel, providing such pathetic service, take your dth back and resfund my money immediately
