Airtel — aitv001 error coming now and then

Its the worst experience with airtel india, duping customers with false marketing, and incompetent staff for resolution of issues.

Got an airtel digital tv connection installed at my place on july 2019 after getting a call from the sales team of airtel.

On the day of the installation, the connection stopped working and started throwing an error with the code aitv001 & error code 4 for which i lodged a complaint.

The technician came over the next day and did some fixing after which the connection worked for a while and started throwing the same error over again.

I’m now stuck with a connection that is still intermittently giving issues, have been a victim of false marketing, and incompetence of the airtel customer care in resolving my issues.

I am using airtel dth since 2008 and now i am thinking of changing my subscription to other dth providers due to the pathetic service that they gave me.

Request you to please look into this matter.
