I am living in kalka, distt. Panchkula haryana. During the ending days of august 3g network of airtel started causing problems in my area. I complained to the service centre about it and they say it will be solved in 2-3 days. But it didn't happen so i called them again. Than they said there is an exam going in haryana so therefore they have shut down the airtel internet services. And the funny thing here is 2g and 4g internet srvices are working fine and they only shut 3g services. They asked me to wait a week. I waited but no solution. After a week i called them, they first said me the same thing that will be solved in 2-3 days and after few minutes again that exam thing. It's almost 75-80 days and airtel is not able to solve the problem here related to 3g networks. Moreover their customer care always say one or another thing and it is making be believe that whatever they say is a lie.
The thing is when our recharge is getting over they will call us again and again and when it's done they don't even cure our problems.

Complaint marked as Resolved They didn't take any steps. Everytime I made a phone to their customer care, yet they didn't resolve my problem. Today also I made a phone call to them and after hearing the same reply I decided to write here.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
