I want to say airtel has the worst network for using internet services. They claims airtel has the fastest network, but i can truely say it is the slowest. It can't provide you even 3g speed. I will rate it as zero star. Firstly i thought may be because of location, i am suffering from this situation but no, it has slow speed at any location. I have complaint the customer care number of times, even they are not able to resolve my problem. They say technical team is working and from that time 6 months have passed and still the team is working. Hatts off to your service.

    Sir,
    With referencr to the subject, i would like to inform you that i have taken prepaid broadband connection vide airtel dsl nm[protected] on 02 march 2019 costing 2998 including gst for 6 months plan i. E up-to 01.09.2019 and the said broadband along with landline connection was prepaid and it's already got disconnected on dated 02.09.2019 and it's services got closed on same day which i already informed airtel customer care and requested to took their wire, instruments etc, during their call for renewal of services and payment follow up in last week of august.

    As airtel services are costly i denied to renew and advance payment for same and took hathway broadband.
    Then on 4th oct 2019 they send bill of rs 2996 for which i requested to airtel customer care again through email and call to close the bill as it is wrongly generated but they are harassing me

    In view of above, it is pertinent to mention here that this bill is wrongly generated so requested you to please get withdraw or closed the bill.

      Hi,

      I have airtel internet connection with 10gb data everyday. I am having this issue from almost a year, the signal is horrible even though the speed should ideally fast. Please resolve this issue as it is highly difficult to work with this speed and if it continues would have to look into some other network provider as it is getting impossible to work with this speed.

        My air tel number (Mala ruparel) is [protected] having prepaid connection.
        By mistake i have forgot to recharge and now number is blocked.. I have registered to buy the same number which i am using from last 15 years.
        But not get any reply.

        Please help me to buy the same number. Which is linked in my all acard.

          Hi my uncle has lost his SIM ([protected]) and when he goes to obtain an duplicate SIM store in mukundpur delhi 110042 has charged 300 and has denied to give bill for the same. as per my understanding the fee is around 50 to 100 but your store has charged it on very high rate..Take appropriate action...You may call me for more infirmation.

            Today { 6.10.2019} i received a call from vipin and his mob no. Is [protected], [protected] for my connection is deactivated. I said okk and disconnect the call.
            After some times he again call me or abusing me for not recharge my dth connection.
            So i requested you to take a legal action against him

              I had taken an international roaming pack which offers 500 mins of outgoing calls. This was a 30 day pack and i have used less than 2 hours of talking time. My bill also clearly specifies that. However i have been billed 720 rs against international calls outgoing in my bill. The entire bill amount is 6042/-. This charge of 720 rs is invalid.

              I have complained thrice to airtel. They take my complaint and close the complaint without contacting me. When i receive calls from airtel it rings for less that half a second and then they cut off. It looks like they just want to show on record that they have called me back but have no intent to speak to me. I can never call back on the number i receive the phone from.

              I went to airtel store near me and an agent understood my issue and called the airtel number to raise a waiver for this amount. He then assured me that this would be resolved in 24 hours. I have now received my next bill without adjustment

                When i switched off my mobile data all over the night and on it in the morning a massege received of 90% data consumption and then after 10 minutes of 100% data usage without using any website.

                While i never used it in the night after crediting fresh 1.4 gb data at 12 o'clock night.

                When talked to customer care they said that no solution.

                It's showing clearly that data is deducted by company while customer is not using it any more.

                  I would like to raise a complaint about the broadband service provided by Airtel. Despite talking to them multiple times about broadband service airtel has not rectified it. I face multiple disconnections during a day's usage and the internet loads slowly when trying to watch youtube videos.

                    I suddenly noticed that airtel charged for international roaming without my consent. I did not opt for such a add-on. They are charging 640 and if i dont pay they charge 6000 rs. Its a looting money in broad day light. If i asked to take complaint they are refusing to do so thereby denying basic customer rights. Their customer service have gone worst.

                    They are also refusing to show the terms and conditions or the agreement which binds the service provider with the products/services on one end with the customer. This is violation of customer rights

                      I have taken the international roaming pack for zone b, which covers european countries such as austria, france and uk and 500 local calls were free in that... I have traveled to austria along with my friend from uk... We were in austria only and both were on same network... On calling my friend number (Uk).. It was a local call and i got the confirmation from international roaming customer care also ([protected])... But billing department charged me with international calls for it...

                        My sim has 29 rupees balance. Still calls are not getting connected. When I dial *123# it's shows that O/G validity has expired. I have alot of amount on its paytm number. Which I am not able to access as msgs are not getting delivered on that number and I have lost password and otp is getting sent to it.please resolve immediately

                          I wanted to port my docomo sim card (Which is undertaken by airtel now) to jio but as soon as i sent the port message, i started getting calls from airtel's feedback service for an entire week, forcing me to not change to jio and try airtel for months. The executive clearly told me that there will be no charges for upgrading my sim card from docomo to airtel 4g and no id proofs too. But today as i sent to the showroom, they're asking for ₹300 charges and id proof. So they won't even let me port to jio but also can't even live up to their promise.

                            Airtel is cheating customers with the internet data consumption. Im using airtel from more than 12 years, all these years it was atleast ok except connectivity issues. Currently, i am using 30gb postpaid plan, monthly data usage was generally around 15gb all these days and i used to get data roll over every month. All of a sudden the data consumption shown from past two months is very unfair. They claim more than 30 gb data is used in 10 days! And 80+ gb in 2 months. It is highly impossible for a working professional to use so much mobile data in so less time as we barely get time daily. When i approached the customer care, instant answer was to upgrade to higher package plans, hence it is very clear that this data cheating is very common for them and the immediate solution they give is to buy additional pack/upgrade the plan. Seriously there should be some action taken against such day time robbery. I'm now forced to think of switching to jio or other alternatives.

                              paid for broadband connection but didn't get the installation done

                              I have paid 7780 to airtel broadband for new connection at my place, first they said it will take 48hrs for installation but its being 5 days no one came for the installation. Even after calling several times they giving false promises that it will be done in next few hours. I have asked for refund, after this much harassment they are saying that i need to call them again after 2 days to get a refund...

                              Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).
                              I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise there's a storm coming your way.

                                I am holder of mobile phone (Post paid) number with airtel.

                                Last 1st oct 19, i lost my mobile phone along with simcard while travelling., and then immediately visited airtel office at coimbatore lakshmi mills... Waited for taking token 2 and the staff who attended my call was so lethargic and laughing with his colleague and did not attend properly. After a long struggle that fellow asked me to wait for a 24 hrs time. Myself waited until today (Ie) 5th oct, 19, it is yet to activated.. Myself have sent number of times mails, made phone calls nothing was happened so far. Also after my 1st visit on 1st oct, customer care staffs wanted to me to go airtel store again... Myself again visited on 4th oct,,, and till today it was not activated. Now when call to customer care,, again it is being asked to visit to airtel office and check... I have been put in to tremendous mental agony and unable to do any banking activities,, also unable to do any phone calls both incoming and outgoing... Very very awkward services are being provided by airtel...

                                  Mere pass pehle vodafone no. Tha mene vodafone s port kra ker airtel postpaid ka plan lia 749 ka port hone k bad jab start hua to mere ghar me airtel ka network zero. Na hi to calls recived ho pata hai. Na hi khi call lag pata hai. Mene iski complaint airtel office beawar ki fir ek network team ghar pe aai, unhone sab chek kiya to unhe bhi laga yaha pe zero hai networking. Networking team ne mujhe time diya ki 7 days me sahi hoga but kuch ni hua abi tak or ab kaha gaya jaldi ho jayega but jab tak mere calls nd all ki problems rehegi to kya matalb. Meri solution ni ho pa rhi, bhot pareshan ho rhe hai and 749 rupee ka har month waste ja rha h pls aap kuch help kr dijiye meri problem solve kr dijiye..

                                    I have recharged my phone number (Protected). Of amount 399. The amount has been debitted from the account and got added in wallet but every time i try to recharge only payment failed is happening. I tried to contact customer service but they are not replying to my mail. Having this much big company show some good gesture to your customer. I need to recharge my sim. But they are troubling there customer.

                                      Airtel is the worst mobile network because 1 recharge my phone with 3 month plan and unable to use mobile data because of speed the plan says you will recieve 4g data speed but the speed i get is not even 2g with this network even i can't check my snapchat stories play games it is the wrost mobile network now i am thinking toh port my airtel sim to jio. Whenever i want to play or watch my snapchat stories i have to take wifi from my father phone which has jio network and it is much much better than airtel.
