I took airtel broadband connection which includes amazon prime subscription free for one year. I took the plan on 3rd may-2018 and paid three months subscription fee of rs 4068. Later sales executive told while collecting documents it will be activated once broadband is fixed. Broadband fixed on 5th may-2018. But till 8th may-2018 amazon prime account and land line is not activated.

Updated by d sandeep The biggest problem with Airtel is it's customer care number. There is no way to connect to them. Only IVR will ask you to dial all the numbers and will never resolve the problem. I don't know why Airtel is doing this, may be the cost cutting. There is no way to register a query or compliant. Worst customer care service system.
