[Resolved] Airtel — amount deducted but not refunded | |||||
I have did a recharge of ₹448/- for mobile number [protected] date[protected] at my airtel app (App logged in with [protected]), recharge amount deducted from bank paytm payment bank debit card, but after 10 working day also the amount not refunded. Communicated with airtel representative after 1 day of transaction, they conformed that the recharge was initated but failed, if i am not received the refund within 10 working day i will replay with transaction id and other details, i did so (Without airtel transaction id but with bank transaction id) at 11 the day. But one of nodal officer at call & email denied that there is no recharge initiated. Actually i lost the message which include airtel transaction id of recharge. I am hopeless now. Dec 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Airtel Customer Representative called me and offered me refund on the basis of activating a plan with amount 399 and rest as talktime on my number. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

I have got a message from Airtel that in 99rs 30GB data for 28 days and 100/day when I did the recharge I Got only 1GB data. So please solve the issue. I have attached the screenshot . In the screenshot please refer the last message.
