Airtel — Amount deducted but recharge not done by airtel | |
I had done a recharge through airtel thanks app of Rs 598/- on 26/06/2021 for my mobile number [protected] . The airtel thanks app shows that Rs.40/- off for recharging the same 598 plan. I select recharge now option on the app and select amazon pay as payment mode. It shows that I have to pay Rs.558/- after discount. In my amazon pay balance it had a Rs.185 and balance of Rs.373 deducted from my bank account by amazon pay and the total of Rs.558/- amazon pay made the transaction to airtel. On same time i got a message from airtel mentioned one order id for the same recharge. But recharge not done by airtel and successful message not received till now. I contacted airtel and tell about this. But the representative tell me that the recharge amount not reflecting in their side and i have to contact amazon pay. Next day i contacted amazon pay customer care and tell about this. They tell that the transaction was successful from their side and they send the details of the that. I forwarded the same mail to airtel and tell again all the story. But airtel is not doing anything for solving the issue. And also regarding this I create a service request through airtel thanks app but airtel team close the request without solving the issue.
