Airtel — amount deducted recharge not done | |
My amount deducted but recharge not done in airtel and now 10 days passed anduhave not taken necessary steps. Recharge txn id is sent by u but no action taken by u. Really u have no proper arrangement for customer to solve their queries. I want my amount back. Plz help me solve it. And take action against airtel company. It is taking too long to activate my 4G sim but from the centre my new number is given i.e [protected] please check the number.It should be actiated fast.
