Airtel — bad customer behavior and not bothered about customers | |||||
I had ported my number from reliance comm to airtel and it got activated on 11- nov -2017 - a week bac. Since then i am not getting any incoming calls and incoming sms. I am calling airtel customer care phone number daily and no one has bothered to fix this problem. I have been calling them 7 -8 times daily and they gave me various troubleshooting tips which was of no use. After a lot of persistence from my end, finally there was a complaint number raised on 15- nov (Sr[protected]. Till then they did not even bother to raise a complaint, such lack of customer sensitivity. As per this complaint number and now it will take another 72 hours (19- nov) to fix it. I am not even sure whether it will be fixed by that time. I have already lost 6 days of important calls due to this and the airtel customer care team is not even bothered about this, it is as if they do not even care about customers. It is going to be another 4 days of loss for me, so in total 10 days. I asked airtel to compensate me for this loss and again, as usual, they are not bothered. I am furious and frustrated that i had to choose airtel to port my number out since goddamn reliance communications is closing down!
