Airtel — Bad customer service and rude service ; felt cheated

Poor service of Airtel Dth along with worst customer service . The customer care executive was shouting and was so rude while taking complaint . I don't know why Airtel has kept the customer service, I guess just to make fool of people . Shivani the executive disconnected the phone in middle of the conversation and Airtel should be banned to do business if they can not maintain it in India .
