Airtel — bad network and voice call

The network quality in south bombay particularly in byculla east has gone from bad to worst. Almost mandatory call drops and connectivity issues and when we connect voice is bad and call drops. Rather than spending money to advertise fake customer satisfaction invest in providing real service.. I have been an airtel user for over a decade now and with each promises of better speed and connectivity the reality is far from the promises.. ([protected] loyal but disappointed airtel customer.)
