[Resolved]  Airtel — Bad routing on xstream fiber

I am from bhilai (chhattisgarh)and i am facing high ping issue for more than a week.the routing is so bad that it nearly gives me 60 ping to mumbai server itself and 100+ on singapore.when i called cc they tell me some absurd reason which are so irrelevant that it feels like why i opt for airtel.they even dont understand about what is ping then they send an engineer to my house and even he dont know about it.i told him i primarly used it for gaming so i need good pings(half of the teenagers do gaming these daysand for some do streaming as well), he just do a speed test and says its fine(why the hell he ping to bhopal which i cant understand, i told him sir the server are in mumbai, why are u pinging bhopal .Kindly look into the problem .very disappointed with the service.
