Airtel — balance deducted by rs. 20 without my permission

I got an sms having told that "thanks for using primezone. You have been charged rs. 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789." moblie number [protected].

Please note previously i have used an airtel number [protected] for last 7/8 years back but due to deduction of money i have transferred that number to idea. If i face this type of deduction without my permission and unable to refund i have to again change this operator service.. Thanks.

My [protected] prepaid mobile in my location at banglore banaswadi no network coverage...not only my airtel but also 300 customers o[censored]r airtel they can't use network... Please rectify it urgently...i can't call customer care also...
Here getting network only airtel 4g but in 4g no call facility in airtel ao i can, t call
