Airtel — Balance Deduction without Notification

Customer Name: MohammedArif Bhairakadar Date of Incident: 19/08/2015 Mobile Number: [protected] Description: My airtel prepaid mobile balance got deducted several time on 19/08/2015 early morning; For clarification I called Airtel customer care 121 & 198 but they told that" I used data services during 4 AM till 7:40AM in Morning on 19/08/2015", but i disabled data services on my mobile 15 days ago; i didn't even use 1KB of data from last 15 day. I asked where i can lodge this complaint then customer care executive from Airtel told " you can go to police station" This is totally wrong; they are stealing money right under our noses & now we are asking why you did it; they are telling go to police station; this is not acceptable.
