Airtel — bank amount debited, but transaction failed | |||
I recharged my fathers phone number using airtel app for 448rs. The amount was debited from my icici bank account but the airtel app showed transaction failed. Immediately tried second time, this time it was recharged and rs448 got debited. The failed recharge amount has not been given back, its been 3 days. Can you please give me a call for further details? And refund rs448. Was this information helpful? | |||

My Airtel number is [protected]... I don't have network from 24 hrs I.e., 30/05/18 to 31/05/18...only emergency calls can be made...am a dentist and my mobile need to be in active mode...please see through my problem as it is very frustrating and irritating...
