Airtel — Bill Payment Done but still the connection is been disconnected

This is with regard to your email asking for a refund of the excess payment made for your Airtel number [protected].

I would like to inform you that, you have excess amount of Rs. 4224.46/- and it will be adjusted for upcoming bills otherwise you want refund the amount kindly share the scanned copy of your cancelled cheque/passbook/bank statement.

For us to process your request, please send any of these documents at the earliest. Please note that the scanned copy must include your name (as per your Airtel bill), bank account number and IFSC code/branch name.

1. In case you do not have an Aadhaar card, please carry an original photo ID card,
2. Address proof along with passport sized photograph/s.

1. Please note, vanity charges if applicable will be applied on actuals for all the premium numbers.
2. You will be required to pay a non-refundable activation fee of Rs XXX.

1. It is important that the proof of address and proof of identity are verified by you in person. Kindly keep the documents handy.
2. All the documents must be duly self-attested by the authorized signatory.
3. The local referee of outstation company has to be an airtel customer already

Please note:

4. You can opt from the bill plan of your choice from the exclusive bill plans. Enclosed is the list of bill plans along with the detailed list of supporting documents that you can furnish for your new connection as per the currently existing guidelines.

Once network is enabled, tele verification needs to be completed by dialing 59059.

The activation process will be completed in 24hrs. In Jammu & Kashmir circle the activation TAT is 15 to 30 days.
