Airtel — bill postpaid [protected] | |
I have been facing network issues with [protected] in my area for a long time now. I have been subscribed to Rs199 plan. Your executive told that tower installation has to be done in my area and that is in progress. That's why I have asked for Amazon prime membership in the same plan or only calling in Rs99 plan but your customer care people refused every time. Only one assurance was given that adjustments will be made in the bill depending upon the usage. Please note there is no usage of services on my number. Neither issue related to network has been resolved and waivers have also been stopped without any prior intimation. Please help.
