[Resolved]  Airtel — Block lost airtel sim no.[protected]

I had purchased an airtel sim no.[protected] while i posted in delhi in 2008. Then i posted to calcutta in dec 2016. On 21 dec 2016, i lost my mobile nokia 'asha' with airtel delhi's sim no. [protected] while enroute from bandle to howrah rly station. Immediately, i tried to trace out the phone by calls but it was switch off by someone. Then i call customer care to block the sim. They showing inability to block as my calling sim is calcutta zone and i have no any other delhi's sim. On 11 jul 2017, suddenly i call that number and observed that someone use this sim illegally. Hence i request to block this sim immediately under intimation to me, please.

The Landline telephone number[protected] stands in the name of my son namely Amit Parimoo has taken up employment at Perth Australia as such the required formalities for its transfer to my name viz. Arun Kumar Parimoo may kindly be guided at the earliest.

On [protected], recharged with 349 plan for unlimited local and std calls and data pack 1gb/day for 28 days and now balance not reflecting with o data back and even my phone balance exhausted on iPhone 5s with 4g enabled.How do I solve problem.
