Airtel — Blocked incoming calls and sms for no valid reason | |
Its a rule that once your pack validity has expired your incoming services will be barred after 7 days. Now despite recharging, airtel has deactivated my incoming services and when reached to customer care they first raised a complaint on my behalf to solve my issue and next day when enquired for complaint status they said that I have to resubmit documents. I have submitted my documents initially which was verfied and hence got the sim. After these months, you woke up one day, block services and say to resubmit at airtel store that too during this covid time. Ate up all money, recharge was successful, outgoing has been activated but incoming is barred due to document issue, complete stupidity. Better they should accept that they have been careless in handling customer's data or maybe are overwhelmed with so many users and don't mind losing few. My vaccination has got delayed and few other important tasks too stucked because of airtel's unprofessionalism. I strictly want some action to be taken against so that no other person has to go through this. Was this information helpful? | |
