Hello Sir/Madam,

I get 5 spam calls daily from different numbers. The numbers are starting with 799482**** (last four numbers used to change) and [protected]. I really got irritated by these calls. Help me to over come these. Please do needful to resolve it....

Airtel is not allowing for MNP, not able to send message to 1900!to port to other networks..reason not interested to make monthly charges or minimum balance...

On 30 Jul 2021 the signal for my Airtel mobile connection suddenly disappeared. I restarted my mobile but even then the signal was available only momentarily. I even changed the Sim 1 to Sim 2 but to no avail.

I called up Customer Support & they told me there was some fault in the Sim so I'd have to replace the Sim. Due to Lockdown restrictions, the nearby retail shops aren't open & I had to travel 7 kms to find an open Airtel...

I have port my number from vodafone to airtel on 7th June but televerification was not completed. Now the dealers/seller pf sim are saying that you can not retain your old number as televerification was not done.
I am using the number for last 9 years and is spread at all places of necessity.

I had ordered an Airtel Fastag for my vehicle KL54C644 on June 2, 2021 through Airtel App mapped to my mobile number [protected]. I had paid Rs. 450 for the Fastag.

Want to bring to your attention that in the Airtel App, it shows - Prime video has been claimed by me, but as for my knowledge, I have not subscribed.Therefore, I contacted Airtel customer service, they responded that I have claimed during the 2018 period, so I cannot ask now.

Point to be noted:

-After 2018, I moved to Vodafone for close to 3 years.
-Now in 2021 - new MPN generated back to Airtel hence...

Yesterday 28-july-2021, I found that Airtel has removed its 48Rs plan so now as a customer, we have to go for higher amount pack to keep our number activated. My Airtel Sim No: [protected] is suddenly not showing signal and showing no services. From July 19 2021 its not showing the signal.

For your information am monthly recharging without fail.

So, kindly fix my issue as soon as possible....

Few months before I converted my number postpaid to prepaid. But I cannot recharge now. Incoming is working and on airtel app it shows number is active.

Paytm gives message : Please enter a valid airtel prepaid number

Gpay gives : Number could not be verified error

Airtel app shows only postpaid packs...

I've ported my no.[protected] from idea to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service....
