I am using the Airtel Post Paid No. onwards from March 2021 . This was activated on March 2021.
I regular paid the bill as per the Bill received by me from Airtel . My bill always comes under the Rs. 588. And as per the Airtel My credit Limit is fixed as Rs . 3500/- . and my bill was never crossed the credit limit as I always use the bill below Rs. 600/- .
I used this Airtel Post paid no. regularly from March 2021 and regular check the amount of bill during my bill period.
On 2 month, when bill generated from month of July - August. It was shocked to me that the Bill amount very much high for me according to my plan. After the enquired from the CCE, I came to know that the bill amount was very high due to the ICD calls .
But the fact is that, I never activate the ISD call Facility on my Post Paid connections. And, my credit limit was fixed by the Airtel was Rs.3500 /- but as per the amount of generated by airtel was shown as above RS 4000.
The bill shown by me was totally wrong and i started call to CCE of airtel after the talk they waiver above 3000 bill but they are not waivered more amount they said you make ISD and Special number calls.
I am Digital marketer by the Profession. As per the record of my statement, my bill amount never crossed the Credit Limit . I never activated the ISD facility on my post paid connection . I never made any ISD call from my Number .
So, sent me the correct bill which help me the make the payment .
Revert me as earliest possible. Kindly do the needful for me and solve my grievance against the Airtel.
