I am using prepaid sim, usually I used to recharge "unlimited plan" ( like Rs 399/ 56 days). Due to my low usage of calls and data I have recharged "smart recharge" ( like for calls Rs. 79 / 28 days and for data Rs.48 / 3 GB) . After few hours I am checking my balance is zero.
So, I have called customer care and enquired about it. She said you have used the data that's why money is deducted. I an explaining her that I have call and data pack then why there is deduction. Replay I have got is " first they will deduct the money from main balance for data usage after the balance become zero the data pack will be start in use."
Best looting Airtel !!!

    Trai I am mithun chakraborty [protected] much more times complaint against airtel prepaid for poorest data net service but till today no solution why what I can understand you support Airtel not provided best data net service so trai not taking any action against airtel after complaining if you can't solve than writtenly give me trai failure to solve customer issues or solve

      My sim was got damaged.So I went to Airtel for SIM SWAP of [protected] it's no name and address however they are unable swap. So i requested them to recreate the number but they not aware about the procedures how to process the request and how much time it will take.Shame on Airtel COCO they do not know the simple procedure.
      I want my number back because my Mom use it and most of the time I m not in town so it's very difficult for her to manage things.Kindly help.

        I am using the Airtel Post Paid No. onwards from March 2021 . This was activated on March 2021.

        I regular paid the bill as per the Bill received by me from Airtel . My bill always comes under the Rs. 588. And as per the Airtel My credit Limit is fixed as Rs . 3500/- . and my bill was never crossed the credit limit as I always use the bill below Rs. 600/- .

        I used this Airtel Post paid no. regularly from March 2021 and regular check the amount of bill during my bill period.

        On 2 month, when bill generated from month of July - August. It was shocked to me that the Bill amount very much high for me according to my plan. After the enquired from the CCE, I came to know that the bill amount was very high due to the ICD calls .

        But the fact is that, I never activate the ISD call Facility on my Post Paid connections. And, my credit limit was fixed by the Airtel was Rs.3500 /- but as per the amount of generated by airtel was shown as above RS 4000.

        The bill shown by me was totally wrong and i started call to CCE of airtel after the talk they waiver above 3000 bill but they are not waivered more amount they said you make ISD and Special number calls.

        I am Digital marketer by the Profession. As per the record of my statement, my bill amount never crossed the Credit Limit . I never activated the ISD facility on my post paid connection . I never made any ISD call from my Number .

        So, sent me the correct bill which help me the make the payment .

        Revert me as earliest possible. Kindly do the needful for me and solve my grievance against the Airtel.

            I book my new airtel xstream fiber connection on 16 aug 2021, all the KYC processes and 3 months payment done on the same day 16 aug 2021.
            And now todays date is 24 aug and still my broadband not get installed in my home by airtel services. They just called and say that they will come today and tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes and still after 9 days my broadband not get installed.

              I processed a recharge for 448/- on August 18th
              My money got deducted from the bank but my phone number wasn't recharged
              The details below my transaction says RECHARGE FAILED AND MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED BACK IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
              But I still haven't gotten any refund

                  Hello sir
                  I have been an airtel user for a long and recently got an issue of no call service on my no. When I went to the airtel store to get a duplicate sim I came to know that the ID card linked with it is wrong which I never knew till now as I never got any problem earlier.
                  But now I have not given any solution regarding this manner and they are just recommending to change the no.
                  As it is my no for long I don't want to change it so if you can look into the matter I will be very thankful.

                    I have raise the request for internet issue in my current address and this complaints raised in the month of May 2021 and without my knowledge they closed the complaint after that I raised complaint for the same internet issue on 14th august and 15th of august 2021 till date no resolution and if we not pay the bill amount on time they will stop the service but if customer facing issue with network who will pay money for customer

                      We use to top up a prepaid mobile pak with 28 days validity for Rs.49 and its no longer available without any prior information. Literally making customer to avail only Rs.79. Its really too much for a light-user and request you to reinstal such minimum package otherwise we may have to drop the airtel and move to other providers

                      There is no reply and ire of silence as Airtel is misusing its prime position in the market. All users are not same and there should be minimum low package for light users and TRAI is closing its eyes for all these misuse by Telcos

                            Hi Team,

                            Suddenly my Airtel postpaid number [protected] is not working and I was not able to use the internet or make or receive any voice call. When I place the sim in mobile it shows no response. I have paid my bills on time and there was no outstanding till today.                               I have paid my Airtel postpaid bill on Aug23 2021 but the payment details are not updated in Airtel app even though the transaction was successful. So I have made the same payment again from PhonePe the transaction was successful and the payment details are updated. So could you please refund the amount paid 588.82 which was deducted twice from my account.

                                I made a payment of 79 for recharge on my number but the money is debited and received no amount. I had to do it second time. Please refund the first recharge or reinstate the recharge for the payment I did through Google pay.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  Please look into this matter on urgent basis. I have already raised a request of disconnection of my airtel number [protected] in month of April as I my sim was flushed by mistake. I confirmed the disconnection request from one of yours customer service agent (sakhi) today at 4:00 PM (19/July/2021) that the application for disconnection was raised by one of the agents in the month of April. So, my concern is I paid the extra charges in June of INR 753 and now my bill is again generated for INR 251 which is due for 19/July/2021 and there is one more bill which is generated again on 19.09.2021 as ₹418.62. Please nullify the recent generated bill (₹251) and ₹418.62. Moreover, I need my refund of ₹753 which I paid unnecessary to Airtel. They are not even providing the recording when I asked for. Please find the attached screenshots for your reference.

                                        Good morning Sir,
                                        Complaint is regarding WRONG COMMITMENT made by an agent.

                                        I requested for connection through website and An agent RAM SINGH contact me,
                                        He provide me details about charges i.e.
                                        Router charges + Internet charges + GST and committed that when ever in future if i disconnect,
                                        I would get router charges back.( 1200/- )

                                        Now, the Customer Agent denied for this., i contacted them and complained also but did not get any resolution.

                                        PLEASE Take appropriate action soon.
