Airtel — Blocking of my AIRTEL SIM [protected] pre paid | |||
From yesterday night (3th February, 2015) my mobile no [protected] (Pre Paid) has stopped working. Incoming calls & out going call have been blocked. I contacted customer care in the night & they informed that my SIM in blocked & they failed to give any reason for this. I also went to Airtel Centre in Sector 4, Dwarka, Delhi they also were not able to give any firm response on this. I failed to understand that this SIM I am using from last 10 years then suddenly even without information how come they can block my SIM ????? AIRTEL Sector 12, Dwarka office advised my to port my no to Vodafone. Is this correct ??? This SIM I am using from 2005 & suddenly blocking this SIM has caused lot of disturbance in my schedule & this is so frustrating that nobody at AIRTEL service centre have any clue & solution to my complaint. I can easily buy a new no from other service providers but still want to wait for my queries to get resolved at the earliest. Today I gave my photo ID’s at AIRTEL Sector 12, Dwarka office but no assurance is given of the time frame for this problem to get resolved. I need this matter to get resolved in next 48 hrs failing so I will be forced to take new SIM of other service provider.
