Airtel — blocking service repeatedly | |||
My email is vader. [protected]@gmail.com, i am a customer of airtel. A verified aadhaar user. Airtel bank constantly blocks my account. And ask to verify my aadhaar when i submit my case to [protected]@airtelmoney.com (After every second exchange of mails from "[protected]@.." email where i could not resubmit my aadhaar, again by reply. Automated replies will come with specified responses where i usually click "call back now" but they never do. The word says 7 days from that time to this time (Funny)?. But without specifying the customer in which imaginary email do we send back he attached "evidence" we end up sending o all the available email s of airtel mockery service after that it sometimes. Get the job done. But yet to block anytime with your money in it which airtel hijack without prior notice. We learn the issue only if the case is there with the automative emailer sense your issue. I like the 4g so i choose airtel other than that nothing is trustworthy in the service. Airtel bank s highly inappropriate in the way they serve their costumers.
