Hi, I have recharged through Citibank Websited for 325.00 rupees two time. I ahve received the message twice as a rate cutter has been activated. But still not yet activated. I am unable to contact your customer number also. lot time i tried to talked to cutomer care executive. He accepted and tell that the issue has been resolved with in 24 hours. Still not yet cleared. Please find the below message which is received from airtel.
