I have an Airtel Wi-Fi connection ID is[protected] and the internet is disconnected since 3rd June. I have raised request [protected] to restore it on 4th June but still it is not resolved. The technical person came on 4th June but said that router need to be changed, then on 7th June another technical person came and told that my previous connection was change from the point when it is installed. I am a working professional work on basis of work from home. And I am not able to work and achieve daily targets; my work is getting hampered from last 2 weeks. Kindly, help me to get it resolved. I am attaching communication document from Airtel till now as proof. Also, I want internet connection to be restored because they did not provide any solution till date. This is being a mental as well as physical stress for me as I have to follow up every detail because there is no proper response from Airtel Team Amravati. On 20th June I still not received the any solution for this matter and Airtel technician is unable to provide any service regarding my Wi-Fi disconnection issue. Also, I want a compensation regarding loss of my valuable time, and I have to put every effort to make it possible for ongoing issue. Is this how any issue is get treated by Airtel Team? A service should be for the customer as they pay for it. Disruption cause loss of not only time but this suffered my work till date, and their response is so cold, nobody bothers to take feedback and check if the issue is resolved or not. Till 24th June I tried every possible communication to resolve the issue. I only want my Wi-Fi internet connection should restored and work properly.
