[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband bill generated even after termination | |||
Hello, This is regarding the complaint with my broadband connection that I have used earlier. Since I have relocated to trivandrum from kochi, I need to terminate the broadband connection that i have used in kochi and hence I have paid all the outstanding bill on January 23rd 2017 in an airtel outlet at trivandrum. Even they charged one rupee balance from me after paying Rs.3978 to complete the outstanding balance. They told that the process will be completed within 7 days.But again bill generated from february onwards and I have contacted the customer executive for the same. They told it was a mistake and will be rectified. Again the bill generated for march also. When I contacted customer executive again, they told that I have to pay the outstanding bill. So Iam requesting to resolve the issue as early as possible. The thing is getting worst as I got a call from airtel office[protected]today and warned me that Iam going to face legal action and she blackmailed me that I will receive legal notice within 2 days and suddenly disconnected the call without hearing any words from my end.Also Iam using two postpaid connections with airtel and if this was the scenario, I am afraid to use these connections and will soon terminate both the postpaid connections.
