Airtel — broadband billing issue | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I'm using a plan of Airtel broadband of Rs.1249/- plan. Inspite of paying the bills before due date regularly, Airtel is charging me with late payment charges ie. a bill amount of Rs. 1591/- which is irrelavant. Every time i'll get a call form these people saying your amount is due and everytime the amount will be more than Rs.3000/-. This month they called me and saying my total amount due is Rs. 3718/-, I dont know what is happening about the payments done. They are not keeping a proper track of the payments done by me. Some time when the bill was payed in Bangalore one and the amount was not at all updated in my account for months togeather and after months they will ask for the receipt. These people are cheating and harrasing me to pay above normal charges each and every time and that too double the thing what I have opted for. Please see the attachement for your reference.
