Airtel — broadband connection refund payment not received

I need my refund amount of rs 3000 which has been collected by your representative santosh kumar and told new connection will be laid with in one week but that stupid didnt lay the connection and not picking up the call so need to address the problem before i take fraud case agaist your representative and your telecommunication
