Airtel Broadband — delay in broadband installation after making payment | |||
Airtel broadband took the payment promising service activation within one day. It has been days after making the payment but not getting any updates. Tried calling customer care but no response. There was numerous follow-ups after expressing interest in opening a new connection. Once the payment is made and got our money there is no activity done to activate the connection. Feel cheated. I paid for my dth service today from my Google pay account. I paid rs. 360 to my customer ID [protected]-001. However even after paying it has not reflected in my account.
