*official complain* I am waiting since monday 17th october to have a broadband connection. After filling the form online i receive a phone call from one of your sales executive, sanjeev - phone number 73476755*. It was the 17th october. After few hours i received the visit of a person working for sanjeev, a good person but with a very poor knowledge of english language. I sign the contract proving the copy of my passport, the copy of frro registration, the copy of my visa, and my picture. He asked 3 months advanced payment, i was scared to be a victim of a fraud and i explained that i needed a concrete proof that he was working for airtel. He agreed to come the day after, with the technical team to install the broadband and to take the money. He left me without leaving any copy of the form, or leaving his number or leaving me a code. I was waiting the 18th, 19th and then the 20th i call sanjeev to ask about the technical team. He told me that i had still to provide documents. Why he didn't contact me to inform me that additional document was required? I had another visit from the guy who visit my flat on monday 17th, he ask me to visit his office in sector 38c to leave the additional document required. This morning i went to the office, i couldn't find the exact location, i call sanjeev. He was very impolite telling me that i had to leave the document in another office at sector 37, and then hang up the phone. I went to airtel shop in sector 37, i was about to cry. They told me that they are not in charge of broadband, then they call sanjeev who told me to go back home because his employee would come to my flat to collect the document. I went home, i wait one hr for sanjeev employee. He came, he collect the documets but he didn't bring the airtel form/contract i signed on the 17th. He took the document promising that he would be back at 2 pm to collect the money and to provide the contract. 5:30 pm, he never went back, i am here waiting. I try to call sanjeev, as he did in the past, he hang the phone instead of solving the problem created by his infinite negligence. I spend the last 6 days at home waiting for airtel people. You have destroy my birthday day - 18th oct - and diwali celebration. I was at home alone for 5 days waiting airtel. Please inform me what i should do. I am asking for a sound punishment for your seller sanjeev. I am a manager and prof in indian academia, this person destroy the image of an entire company. When this thing happen in my office, the day after the corcerned employee is asked to resign. Was this information helpful? | |||
