Airtel — Broadband Internet Down

My Airtel Broadband connection has been down since 15/04/2026. I raised a complaint through the Airtel mobile app, which initially indicated that the issue would be resolved by 16/04/2026. However, the resolution date has been repeatedly pushed—from April 16 to April 17, and now to April 18.

It has now been three days without internet, and this is severely impacting my ability to work from home. Despite raising the issue, there has been no effective action from Airtel’s side.

I request immediate resolution of this issue. Alternatively, Airtel should compensate me for the inconvenience and disruption caused over the past three days.
