[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Negative balance and bad customer service | |||
* Low bandwidth speed I am just getting a bandwidth speed of 512 kbps, instead my plan is of 2 mbps. My monthly limit is 25 GB but even after this is the start of next month/billing cycle and still my speed is 512 kbps. * My account balance in negative. I was having a balance of some Rs -159.44 then when i tried recharging Rs. 1000 it gave me error "Recharge amount should be less than 500". After that i tried recharging with Rs. 500 and Voila..!!! now my balance is Rs. -659.44. What kind of a stupid system it is.? Now I am worried of continuing with Airtel Broadband services due to such blunders. * Customer Care Service All of Airtel's customer care service lead to a some automated IVR, and none of the numbers below has an alternate option to directly talk with customer services. On dialing it asks for airtel fixed line number or account number, after trying almost all kinds of fixed line numbers(with and without STD code), dsl id number, account number, etc. Its always replies with "you have entered an incorrect number."
