i had applied for the disconnection of my number-[protected]. in september 29, 2013 and i was forced to continue the broadband connection for 1 more month without any charges (charges waved off for 1 month) and was told that if i want to continue the services only then it will be continued otherwise the connection will be disconnected, but after 1 month your company has not called up weather i want to continue or not the said connection, has raised the bill for Rs.1354.52. which i am not going to pay as i am not using this connection. kindly get the connection disconnected as i am requesting for the disconnection from last three months and relieve me from the burdon and mental harrasement given by your company . i again request you to disconnect it immediately..

    I have been using the mobile no.[protected] of this company for last two years and this company had deactivated my cell no. during the month may, july, Aug 2013 due to their server problem and is demanding the bill for the said period. But sir they people do not understand my problem that i had to face a lot of problem for the said period. I must be compensated for the said period instead of that they are demanding bill for the said period. Please do favour to me as soon as possible

      DearSir, I had used M/s. bharti airtel limited fixedline services, a/c # [protected] &[protected] respectively. I have requested to close this connection on immediately basis and on 28th July, 2013, I have moved to South Korea and my family also shifted to domicile location. also due to some personal problem in South Korea I was unable to make any transaction upto 15th September, 2013. Currently, I have seen that they have added in billing cycle month of August, September, October, November, 2013 and onwards also. and also E-mailed me reminder-1: Please make the payment of the due amount within 7 days of receiving this email. I am ready to pay only month of July, 2013 but still they have charged written aforesaid months also.         This is unbelievably idiotic. You go to the Airtel webiste and try to access 'Manage Services', this is the response you get: 'generalViewException.system.unavailable Please click here to login again'. This is the situation for three consecutive days. I think the company should wind up their website if they cannot 'manage' it properly and wasting customers' time.

          I had used Bharti Airtel Boradband services. My Airtel no & Account id was [protected] & [protected] respectively. In the month of August 2013, I planned to shifted to a new location so, I applied for the disconnection. But later on I received call from Airtel customer care. They offered to me that they can relocated my connection to the new location. But I didn't want to pay for the month of September 2013. I wanted a gap of one month as I was going to shift in the month of October 2013. So, they offered to me that I can change my plan to a lower package and a waiver will be given to me for the gap month and thus making my net due payment negative. And I can continue my connection from October at the new location. It was confirmed to me that a waiver will be given to me and my due payment till September end will be negative . So, I accept this offer. But later on they informed me that they are unable to provide the Airtel connection at my new location. So, I asked them to disconnected it. After few days I started receiving call that I have a due payment. I informed that I had been given waiver. They never objected on this. But they called me 2-3 times more and I reiterated about waiver. They never objected any of the time. But now I am receiving email that for the payment the due amount of within 7 days. This email is totally uncalled for when the matter has been discussed so many times on the phone. Following are some of the request no.s which might contain details pertaining to this matter. 37593728, 37856502, 37933094, 38946430, 39147440. You have more access to records than me.             This is regarding postpaid bills that are being sent to me inspite of my repeated request to disconnect number.I have already paid bill for July month-ie till the period I have used ur services.why I am being asked to pay till nov month.i am currently abroad and I am not using ur service since mid July.i'll pay if I am using your service. Why will I pay if I am not using ur service?u can check bills to see i[censored]r services have been used at all.this is just cheating.I have also sent email to ur customer service.they are not answering my question.I am just being harassed by sending mails with no answer.

            Earlier i had a Plan of 375, in which i had 1 GB 3g data usage free.
            I got a call from Airtel Customer care, that you can change your plan to 450, in which you will have 2 Gb data .

            So i later verified this with Airtel Customer care and changed my plan to 450.

            Now i have received a bill of 1400 in which my rental is 850.:

            I.e: 375+450 + Taxes. They are fooling me saying. that u changed your plan by removing the 1 GB data that u already have in 375 to 850..

            Please someone explain.. if i wanted 2 Gb data, y would i opt for 850 rental, when i can have this with 375 + 300 for extra 1 GB????


            Airtel are a cheat.
            They have stopped picking up my Call to 121.

            Please look into this matter. As i am fed up this.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I applied for a new broadband connection on Monday, 11th November 2013 on www.airtel.in. Soon after, one person by name Satish called me and came over to my residence to collect my documents. As the installation address is different from my permanent address, this person claimed to have gone to the installation site to check feasibility for a new connection. (Connection required at Kaggadaspura Main Rd.) I was told that my connection would be ready by Wednesday (13th) evening. In spite of repeated calls and SMS messages yesterday, this person did not respond. Later he claims that he “left his phone at home”. When my documents were collected: 1) My landlords address was entered as my residence address (As I provided my rental agreement) 2) Mother’s name was entered as fathers/husbands name 3) RS.500 was collected as “installation charge”. When contacted, Airtel clarified that they only collect REFUNDABLE security deposits. I am seriously beginning to doubt the authenticity of this person. I was not given any receipt/application no./reference no..               I have the same issue from the same executive. I wish I had seen this post earlier. I am located in Bangalore and bought two 4G dongles from your executive, Mr. Satish, and paid the deposit of Rs.[protected] for the dongle and Rs. 50 each as SIM card charges). He provided one dongle to me on the spot in my office after the demo, and promised to deilver another one the next day as he did not have one more dongle with him.

              He collected my documents and left, and is not responding to my repeated calls or SMS to him. I would like to know if all Airtel employees are instructed to ignore customer calls and messages? If so, please take back the dongles and refund my deposit.

              I have the duplicate customer relationship forms that he filled up during collection of documents, as the only proof that he handed over during his visit.

              I want to know when the 2nd dongle will be provided to me and the activation for both dongles.

              Thanks a lot for stating and sharing your concern here, I admit, I have similar issue with this same guy, He came to visit me at my villa and gave me the 4G Wi-Fi router and collected Rs.6741/- for the router as well as 3 months advance rental 40GB plan of Rs.2000/-. He came on 23rd Nov 2013 Saturday around 3:00pm, and promised me that it will be activated by Tuesday 26th Nov, which it never happened and I doubt it after 5 days and I am investigating through police about this guy and for your information I have gathered some info about him. Below are the details.

              Vehicle No: TN 07, 4712,
              Contact No's : His name is Satish and his number is [protected], Seema [protected] (KK Aircel number)(Female, she called few days back to tell me that she's from Airtel and wanted to cross if I had received replacement simcard, coz the old sim card wasn't activated and so on, but I doubted her and try to cross check with her, but she got really scared when I took the police name and dropped the call and till today she doesn't respond) and I have a landline number too [protected].

              Further more, I have been in touch with Airtel Nodal officers and they have done all the cross check and today I got a call saying they cannot trace this person and KF communication.

              Also I have been in touch with Kadugodi Police concerning the same,

              Further, I'm investigating JUSTDIAL company too, coz this guy called me after I called Justdial to enquire nearest broadband and internet providers, usually, Justdial will take your permission to send your called number it internet providers to contact for connection. So, I will approach them to give me the logs of all the call I have made to them for info and also my numbers they have shared with others. And also I know this KF communication held by Satish (the liar and the liars) had registered with JUSTDIAL. I will investigate this.

              Further, I'm using the help of the Bangalore Traffic Police help to track down the details of his two wheeler vehicle number.

              Thanks a lot for your response to my comments, Honestly, I don't think Airtel will take action until we together sue them and call the media for all this mess, it is a Airtel brand and product which this guy has used and as per TRAI rules & policies every telecom service providers in India must collect all kinds of documents from it's subscribers whether it's Individual, Retailer, Agencies, Distributors, Channel partners and even the third party dealers who buy Airtel products for their profit and business process.

              Today I have the Circle Inspector @ Kadugodi Police Station and I have given all the details to them, which I am investigating from my side, I have gathered more info on this guy.

              Furthermore, I have received a courier from the same guy yesterday @ my villa and the securities have handed the courier to me and I opened and I saw that he has sent me a new Simcard for my 4G LTE wifi router to use the connection, But, I have not used it, somehow there is something about it too, I don't want to get unwanted bills to my address and I don't want these Airtel people to get smart with me to ask me to pay their bills for this particular simcard.

                Hi All, I am cheated by Airtel as we all know that they are providing 4G and i thought they are one of the best service providers and took a new connection and purchased a new 4G dongle LTE for Rs 1500/- and a plan of Rs 999/- plus tax. But to be frank its too worst always i used to get 2G speed and for 30min i used to get 3G speed and intermittently the connection used to be lost and i called customer care many times and opened complaint tickets with them and without my knowledge they used to close the ticket as resolved with out my confirmation this is not at all fare. If they thing that i belong to some rural place its wrong i am in Bangalore city in bellandur near to IT park while giving connection they said you will get 10 mbps speed but its also wrong and Airtel Engineer used to come and check and said its working fine one day when he sat he came to know that there is an issue with the tower but they never resolved that issue. I nearly raised 7 to 8 times complaint in 2 months and they used to say we resolved and after they step out from my place the same issue and from my side i suggested if there is any change in hardware please change that but they kept that feedback aside. And i am cheated they used to say when i said to disconnect my post paid connection they said your used nearly 5 GB of data yaa when it worked i can surf right as i am paying nearly 1000 Rupees there are just cheating i have faith in this forum please give justice i dont want anything let them take there modem and pay back my 1500/- atleast and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and my number [protected]. In my next complaint i can attach that eror screenshots and i had 2 complaint numbers as of now any how i disconnected and i dont want others to face the same problem. No solution for my problem, I have been receiving NDTV NEWS msgs for past 2 months, i have activated DND also but these msgs are still disturbing me, i had contact customer care 6 times but they are saying that i have subscribe these from any website but i have not subscribe my number to any king of these websites...Msgs are coming from (AP-NDAROT), I have activate DND service but still no solution..i have to Port my Number in another company.                     I have been an Airtel Customer for over 8 years now, so much so I have been using the same number. I have been using Blackberry services on this number since 2 years or more now. My blackberry had to go for a repair so I was using another handset which needed a normal 2G connection. they mentioned that the 2G wil not work unless I get the Blackberry internet connection de activated.. Thats 599 bucks for the month down the drain. I get my blackberry back. I call them to de activate the 2G and activate my Blackberry plan. and they give some scheme saying it is going to cost after certain usage. I told them. I deactivated the services for one week. I was using unlimited interenet previously and now they say"ITS NOT POSSIBLE. SORRY" Sorry, but seriously? how do you expect customers to be loyal again?? As I type this complaint, the airtel guy has kept me on hold on 121 as I asked him to transfer to some one senior. The phone has been on hold for more than 14 minutes now and I AM SURE HE IS NOT TRANSFERRING THE CALL ANYWHERE. 16 minutes of hold and all supervisors in airtel are busy !!! IF YOU WANT LOYAL CUSTOMERS, BE LOYAL TO UR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN WITH YOU SINCE YEARS. !

                      Dear Airtel Team, My airtel number [protected] has been suddenly deactivated while i am on International Roaming. As per customer care, my number has been permanently stopped on 09/11/2013, as there was no usage on account for 90 days or no Recharge for 6 months. As per Airtel policy, this leads to stoppage of the number. Also they mention we cannot start the same number for you as the number will be recycled and shall be assigned to a different subscriber. I am using this number for last 12 years and your guys say same has been deactivated. What the heck. Please look into the matter at the earliest and top most priority, This is not DONE. I will take this matter to the highest level to get resolved. BR, Ashish

                      Bharti Airtel Ltd — Incoming of Promotional Calls

                      I have a prepaid connection no.[protected] of Bharti Airtel Ltd. at Muzaffar Nagar ( U.P.). I contact to the airtel for registeration in NDNC. I got the reference no. s1ooo366507 on 27/09/2007. According to this all promotional calls should be stop within 45 days. But i received the promotional calls till 02/02/2008. According to the rules of T.R.A.I. it is the matter of Financial Penalty. I wrote the letters to the Secretary of T.R.A.I., C.E.O.of Airtel & Nodal Officer of Airtel. I explained the date & time of every call in my letters. But I did not receive any satisfactory reply from any side. You are requested to charge the financial penalty on Bharti Airtel Ltd.

                      Bharti Airtel Ltd.Prepaid Connection — Incoming of Promotional Calls

                      I have a prepaid connection of airtel No.[protected]. My registeration no. for NDNC is S[protected] Dtd.27/09/2007. I received promotional calls till 02/02/2008. This is the matter of financial penalty. You are requested to charge the financial penalty.

                      Bharti Airtel Ltd — Change of bill date

                      I have airtel no.[protected]. The company has changed my bill date from 12th of every month to 24th of every month w.e.f. April, 2008 without my (Customer) consent. Further, I have not received the bill even after (10) days from the bill date, i.e., 24.4.2008. I have lodged a complaint on 5.5.2008. I have not received any request number for my complaint, so far.

                      Bharti Airtel Ltd — Did not receive the wireless data as paid by me.

                      I purchased a Data Plan for my daughter with NO.[protected] costing Rs 655 on dated 26th September with 30 days validity for 1st 3 GB at full speed and post 3GB unlimited @ 80 Kbps. But the company had closed the connection after usage of 3 GB data from 5th October 2013.
                      Any further updates on this.

                        After about 45 days of working the connection now frequently gets disrupted. I am unable to use the connection properly. Right since October 16th 2013, this problem exists. Even after repeated calls and complaint to customer service, they shamelessly keep saying that they will send some one to fix the problem. Two engineers did visit my place, but they were not able to solve the problem. they keep on saying that someone from the network team will visit my place and fix the problem. I paid Rs. 1500 for the dongle and sim. Customer service is so poor, that they do not seem to feel guilty about their lack of service also. Disgusting people !!!

                          sir i am not using my airtel dth connection for last 2-3 months and after few days i am receiving call to get recharge airtel dth and get more balance and free days and now after 2 months i getting call to get recharge by 299/- and year free subscrition .sir i dont beleive it and cross check by asking more detail about it by the caller. they say they appointed by airtel dth and had to work for those digital conection are not using or cut and they get my airtel digital id and and my number through airtel dth.but i dont get the offer and then i contact airtel custmer care and they refuse about it. sir the number is [protected] which contact me through 2-3 month to get recharge. please sir i am very very disappointed by it and feel that i cant do anythink to punish them.                               I placed a request in airtel.in for a 3G Dongle, Immediately i got call from dealers and the next day dongle and the SIM card was delivered at my doorstep but they did not give me the SIM number and they informed me that there will be an address verification tomorrow post that it will be activated immediately. Post that no one is receiving the phone from Touch Point helpdesk and i called Airtel customer care 10 times every time i got contrasting replies such as once i was informed your address verification is done hence you dial a toll free number from your alternative number your dongle will be activated. When i called that toll free they are saying Address verification is not completed yet. When i called Airtel customer care again they informed yes, the address verification is not completed and we will not take any complaint without mobile number and Touch point helpdesk is not picking up the phone to get the mobile number. When i informed this to customer care i got the reply as buy a new SIM. I do not want to waste another 1 week by calling customer cares without any luck. All i want is the money back which i paid to the dealer.

                                It has been more than 6 weeks now that I am following with Airtel for servicing this. All kinds of excuses are given and issue not resolved. Escalated too many times to their escalation team, their bangalore appellate and south india appellate and absolutely no resolution. I dont know what is Airtel trying to achieve. Feeling very sad that an company like Airtel is going down so badly.

                                  I am Using a Postpaid plan which has 100 MB of free data usage and will be charged at 30p/50 Kb thereafter. For the month of October 2013, Bharti Airtel Limited charged 2000 Rs just for data usage. When I had a conversation with Airtel Customer Care Executive, he told that "You will be charged Rs.0.30 even if the usage is 1Kb or 50Kb, so charges are valid." and this clearly depicts the dual nature of this system. when arguing on the above statement that why a consumer should pay for 49 Kb that he has not used, the customer care executive is simply not ready to accept the faulty nature of the system. I have decided not to pay the amount until it is rectified. Please take this complaint to suitable people and help the costumers.

                                    Dear Sir, Good day, I had taken a Pre paid connection, Sin no ([protected]) in the year 2005 . On that time the sim was in a special plan . Plan details : Airtel to Airtel - 75 min free every day Sms : 100 loacl Sms Free . Rest all charges are normal, I had raised several complaints to Airtel cvustomer care, but there was no responce from them . It had been all most 2 yr .                                       I had applied for a broadband service from Airtel, and paid the security money of INR 3000. Weighing the cons and pros realized that BSNL was a better option and hence took a connection from BSNL. THE Refund money of INR 3000 was supposed to come from the company. Every time i call them, i am gifted with a new complain number with a resolving date of one month from the date i have called. And mistakes like address being wrong, courier company's fault happen a lot more frequently in the company where all addresses and flow of couriers are controlled using databases accurate data bases. Anyways, Its 3 months and i still have no sign of when i get my INR 3000 BACK. I am a student and have college 6 days a week and hence no time to go and fight the company in a Consumer Court. the Complain numbers : 39475854, 39119390, 40401922

                                        Fixed line [protected] DSL [protected] AC no [protected] I was using 5 Gb plan, it got over and I received a call from call centre that as a premium customer I have the option o[censored]pgrading to 30 Gb plan at a discounted price. I asked her to activate 30 Gb on 1st November. On 1st November I made my first call, I told them that the new plan was not activated. They asked me to wait for 4 hours. On 2nd November around noon I checked, it still wasn't. I called again and was told it will happen in 4 hours. I checked on the night it was still not activated, I calked 3rd time and asked to talk to a manager. They refused, I asked for complaint number, they did not give any. Instead the lady gave her ID number (which I will reveal, if someone responds to this complaint). I was then fed up and gave up. Then on 6th November the internet started working at fast speed, so I assumed that 30 Gb is activated. But today the speed became slow again and I received message that my 5 Gb is 100% consumed. I'm so angry and frustrated with Airtel for such criminal incompetence, I actually have emails and messages from Airtel telling me that they had received my request for upgrade to 30 Gb but still I'm on 5 Gb which is finished again as recently I consume more. I have no power to call them again and am trying to upgrade through their website. But I don't trust them, also I don't know if they will honour the discounted upgrade package or not. And not to mention, in October my binatone airtel modem was not working and Airtel took 10 days to replace the modem and I have not checked my bill but I'm sure they would have billed me for the period the modem was down. Angry but also frustrated with Airtel. Regards, Yogi
