Hi, I have a Airtel broadband network setup at my house. The broadband Id is [protected]. The broadband is not work since yesterday (12/07/2025) evening. I have raised a complaint and the reference number is [protected]. It was raised yesterday evening around 18:41 IST. I was asked about a timeslot for the technician visit by 09.30 am to 10.30 am next day (13/07/2024). But I have still not seen any one visiting to provide a fix. I have escalated it twice with the customer service team by calling them at 121.
The latest call happened on 13/07/2025 around 18.30 pm till 19:15 pm and in spite of the customer service team member (Dezousa) reaching out to the Technical Engineer L1, Area technical leader L2, Area Manager L3, Zonal manager L4 there was not response from them.
It is very disappointing to see such a poor customer service from the team. I am working from home and due to this issue I am not able to work today. I had a implementation work and I was not able to join it due to this. I will be loosing out on my salary if this is not fixed immediately.
I am reaching out to this forum to get me the necessary help to get Airrtel to get their customer service issues sorted. If not they need to repay the customer for their losses. Thanks. Was this information helpful? |
