Airtel — broadband refund of rs.1000 not received after fail installation | |||
I made a broadband request in Panchkula, Haryana location. My documents were collected, I made an installation charge of ₹1000. But 2 days later, I got to know from Airtel call support that connection could not be possible in that location. My question is why a feasibility study was not done before accepting my documents and payment. I asked for refund ₹1000, which in call from Airtel representative told me that they will refund back ₹1000 in my paytm account that I have shared with them, but I haven't received yet. I am calling them from last 3 days and I am only getting confirmation from their side that money will be refunded within one or two hours but haven't yet received. Was this information helpful? | |||
