Airtel — Broadband service terminated, still bills are generated

I used to have an Airtel relationship registered in my name having the airtel
broadband line phone no.[protected], bearing the relation ship no. 15744882

I am no more the user of this line from March 2015.
I had also raised a request in the month of May2015 to disconnect the line, but
the same was not done. Infact even after a confirmation for disconnection they never to bothered to disconnect the line.
I am not even getting the bills.
Lately I receive calls everyday for this lines payments.
I used to get bills on this email address.
Some time back a new email was registered at your end in favor of
-bothra.[protected]@gmail.com, they are using the line.
The said line is not in my office.
I have no access to that office, which you can get it verified and checked.
I had left that office space where this line is installed in the month of March
2015.
All payments till date for this line has been made by M/s Smart Call Center
Solutions Pvt Ltd.
I was told that they will get the name changed or transferred to their company
name and remove my name fom the billing account, since i am no more in the said
office.
I have contacted your customer care many times for the same issue.
Nothing has been resolved till date.
I had also provided the contact number of the concerned who is using the said line to the airtel representative.

they told that they will get this bill clubbed into that account, but have
failed to do so till date.
This is creating a lot of problem for me.
Time and again i receive calls from your people to make payment whereas i am not even the user, only they have used my name on the billing address.
The office where the line is installed is not mine, nor it belongs to me.
Kindly get this issue resolved.
I also told, if they have not made the payment, then why do you all still keep
the line active??

I have never defaulted ever in any utility bill payments used my me.
When I am not a party to your bill, don't receive any bills, the line is not
installed in my space, how am I liable to pay only if someone is using my name.
The concerned has also updated his or her email so that they get the bills, and
they should do the due diligence and make the payment on time.
I am not responsible for the dues.
I also told them to get it verified by sending a Representative to the premises and inspect

I am not using any airtel line nor have any connection.
They bothering me and chasing me for such issues which don't even
pertain to me.
From my side i have given a disconnection intimation which they cannot find out from your end as to when it was given.
KINDLY GET THE ISSUES RESOLVED URGENTLY.
