[Resolved] Airtel — broadband too slow even though repeated complaints. no response from customer care | |||
Airtel is proving to be the worst customer service provider. I had a dth for which i have repeatedly complained and still it is not resolved. Now my broadband has serious issues and it is still not attended to. I have been complaining since 10th june 2017 and i am yet to get back from the customer service. My broadband is very slow since it has 4mbps speed and the airtel person has asked me to change to 40mbps speed i will beed to change the modem. Till date no one has come to attend us with any solution. They had sent a cartoon to check the issue, and he walked in and walked out and refused to even speak to the customer care to explain the issue. The speed is very slow & we are paying rs. 1500/- per month for no internet. As always airtel only knows to cheat. This is the only airtel product i have and hoping to throw it away as well. Airtel broad band is as pathetic as it goes. The third party agents come and try to do some trouble shooting and change the router and then again back to square one. I have been waiting patiently for a permanent fix to the issue and seems like once there is load put on the bandwidth it disconnects and reboots the wifi router and then it does not connect. The Airtel app in the iPhone store is not current and so the issue to buy extra bytes too is an issue. I have also logged into Airtel.in to see if I can buy smart bytes however, that too does not work. Airtel needs to get the load balancers and the connectivity issue resolved else this months bill is something I am not paying. I got a reliance jio connection and finally end up using that now since Airtel does not work when needed.
