Airtel Broadband — very pathetic service and refund issue

Hi All,

I took airtel broadband connection for 1 months and made payment of 7196 on 28thJune 2019.There was hell of false commitments made from the sales person who came to my place.After making payment when the technician came for installation next day, and had few issues for the installation regarding the wires as committed by sales guy(he said it will be internal wiring as had been done for other 15 connections in my apartment).Despite trying number of times sales person didn't picked up the call and since then he didnt ever called back. The pathetic service started from the same week with frequent disconnection, and later at times it was continuous no internet for almost 5 days. I had raised 4 tickets regarding false promise, no connection...
I could have raised tickets series of tickets for each day but since other people of my apartment had already raised, I didn't raise for other days.MANY TIMEs because of commitments from CUSTOMER CARE, I thought to connect to office meetings from home, but because as it was false promise again, I had to book a cab and reach office. This happened number of times. Also, after airtel disconnection I had to pay re installation charges to Airwire for getting the connection again.Had I not taken airtel I wouldn't have to pay this re installation charges to Airwire. Adding to this atleast I had to call airtel CUSTOMER CARE n times, where sadly speaking they never logged the issue as I had complained. And every time when I called again I had to re-tell everything from scratch, this was the biggest pain point. So adding all this headache airtel CUSTOMER CARE, sales person and inconvenience caused I asked them to pay me back 10000(minimum amount).
Off late again a big issue came : My account was disconnected by end July. So when I tried to connect back to airtel broadband customer executive after disconnection I could not. Because calling 121 will ask you to provide your fixedline number, on providing that it said 'Its invalid' and call gets disconnected.So dont you think your money is with someone else and you cannot track it . Don't I have right to check the status of my money? Also whether the money that I asked for compensation is approved or not?
Anyways, I connected to airtel postpaid customer executives and requested them to forward the CALL TO broadband team. Thanks to them they did that and finally I got connected to them(though I got lucky 3rd time).The call continued for 1hr, because as said earlier had to re-tell everything. Then I got to know that they will be sending some **** and some changes rupees to me and they have closed that ticket(regarding refund amount after disconnection). Can you think they didn't call you for confirmation of settlement amount and closed it themself.
I seriously think for all this pathetic service and illogical, unreasonable and false promises they did caused a lot of personal and professional discomforts and breaching for personal plans(when you plan for doing office work from home), and unwelcomed investment which I had to pay for cabs.This for sure requires atleast 10000(should be more)[Amount I added includes charges for cabs, calls, airwire reinstallation and mental stress caused and this is minimal].
I think atleast Sunil Mittal and higher management should take this seriously otherwise may be due to this kind of events for sure will provide high chances of other broadband services moving ahead.Can anyone provide email is of higher management people in airtel?
Today gt a call from airtel, them saying they cannot process the amount...so they charge for the service they didn't provide???They accepted my point but still cannot address the amount. There was lot of inconvenience they caused...
Can anyone give the details to contact Mr.Gopal Vittal or Mr.Sunil Mittal...they should be knowing what's happening ...and why people should never trust Airtel...lot of false promises and ### service...

I got repeated calls from airtel where they say they are unable to process the compensation. So it seems this is one sided decision where they accept the faults from their side and that caused too much inconvenience to me...repeated false commitments, disrupted internet, unwanted expenditure on cabs and fuel, number of calls to customer services where they dont want to understand anything and have to tell everything from start, and a lot of mental torture and at the end they are not able to process the compensation. Why should we trust these people...Pathetic .

Last few weeks I have been calling to customer service and they seem to commit atleast a call back which never happened.

Today again I called and from Namita I got a response only 6200 will be refunded by 30 Oct on pro data basis. Since they didn't provide good service, I had to pay a lot due to their false commitments, and again number of calls every weekends from my side...has added a lot more than mental torture.
I am raising a complain at TRAI, since these people have been so pathetic.
