I noticed that on 2nd august and 2nd september 2019, and amount of rs. 470 each has been charged on my credit card in the name of airtel.in (Pgsi). I have not authorised this amount at any point.
I sent several emails to airtel payment banking and airtel and they do not have any record of this amount being taken in my name. Not sure who is misusing this. For now, i have blocked my card, but i would like airtel to refund the amount of rs. 940 and ensure that no further payments are charged.

Aap logo ko na hindi samaj ati hai na English kitini bar complain karke bhi kuch hota nahi hai chutiyo. I am going to port my no. Kitne fraud call karti hai company. Yeske baad jo call karega gali sunane ke liye taiyyar rehna q ki had hoti hai yar baar baar kitni complain kare.

    I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 199 on 3rd sep 2019 and received an sms with transaction reference # igagxnkrw0 and airtel1/del/prepaid txn #[protected] of rs. 199. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

      We are facing acute problem of very poor airtel signal in our home: flat no. H-404, indian oil apartments, c-58/23, sector-62, noida (U. P.) - 201301. This problem has aggravated for the last 3 months. We are having 5 airtel mobile connections in our home (1 post paid: [protected] and 4 pre-paid: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). We are not able to talk to anyone properly over mobile from our homes as the signal is very weak. The internet on the mobiles does not work at all. We have to come out of our home for talking to someone over mobile as well as for working on mobile internet.
      Complaints have been lodged twice with airtel 12118 (Service request no.[protected] on 25.8.19 & again service request no.[protected] on 31.8.19). The complaints closed both times without any action. We are continuing with the same problem).
      It is requested to kindly look into the problem and resolve the issue of poor airtel signal in our home. We will be forced to switch over to other service provider if the problem is not resolve in next 5 days.

      False messages received from ADAIRINO many times that we tried to contact you regarding the network complaint for your Airtel mobile [protected] but were unable to connect with you.
      Upon giving missed call on 515 as well as on [protected], received messages every time that we will call you back shortly from [protected]. But I never got any call back.
      It speaks very bad of a reputed Service Provider like Airtel. It is simply tarnishing your image. It is requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve the poor signal/network issue.

        My village area in always net and calling problem.
        Main reason of this problem, airtel tour operator off ganerator & system of tour daily for save and sell oil in black market its problem is very long time to coming i requisted to you please regard them if you can, t regard then i will write a letter prime minister for this subject.           I have submitted so many complaints regarding the slowness / internet not working complaints but I have not yet received any proper update on ticket even not resolved slowness issue.
          I usually recharge with more than 500 rupees for 81 to 84 day net use but I loss without using net due to slowness around 2 gb per day. Could you please help to resolve such issue without closing ticket proper update.

              my airtel sim is showing access error

              My airtel sim is showing access error
              Sim showing network
              But i am unable to call or message
              Why this??
              This is happening since two days
              I am not receiving any messages or calls
              The sim card is 4g
              I am unable to make calls
              And messages
              I tried reboot process but didn't work
              I tried using sim card in another handset

              Hi,

              I am airtel dth consumer with consumer number [protected] and had selected my package as per new trai rules. Every 10-15 days a error message of no signal occurs and that remains constantly while the other channels are in proper state and with proper signal strength. The customers care executives don't help in solving the issue in any way.

              Now since other channels can be viewed properly there's is definitely a problem a airtel end not the problem with my set top box. Why should i pay rs. 150 as service charge for airtel dth fault.

              I had carried out research and found there are many customers who are facing similar problem. I want airtel to fix this as soon as possible without any service charge

                I have been charged on incorrect pack. I had called the customer care to deactivate my international roaming pack on 28 July morning. They have still charged me for it saying it got activated in 3 mins of calling.
                How is it possible for the international roaming pack to get activated within 3 mins of calling if the call is made from inside India in bangalore.

                Total bill is extra by Rs 4000 approx.
                Please look into this issue.

                  Recently i have been getting calls from some unknown source. On the screen of my phone the caller information was displayed as "private number". Even the software "true caller" was not able to identify it or block it. When i went to airtel store for the same, they told me that some higher authorities like cbi or raw are calling you for confirming some details. I was also told that there is no issue in picking up the call. I want to know that if i pick up the call in future, and something happens, will airtel be responsible for the same or not?

                    My airtel sim is showing no service in my iphone since the last two days.. When i kept the sim in other phone it is working though... Then i thought it was hardware problem but i tried another sim, which showed full range... I tried many methods like aeroplane method, switch-on and off... But no use... When i checked online they mentioned to go to the carrier settings in iphone but my screen is blank when i open that settings.. The sim works fine and can be used for calling in other phone model but not working in my iphone6.. I dont know whats the issue.. The sim or the phone.. Cause when i used different sim phones working and airtel sim in another phone, sim is working.. Please help

                      Im facing this problem about 3 months ago,
                      When i finish my daily data, here also a offer to boost data with rs 48/- (3 gb data) and this validity belongs to our monthly pack validity, i tried so many times, i think i lost morethan 12 gb, i can't use this data balance, don't know why.
                      I try to contact customer care, and tell about the issue that i'm facing,
                      They tell me that it will be fine and u can use ur data balance within 24 hours,
                      I was call them so many times but no use,
                      They are cheating me
                      When i purchase this pack of 48 rupees..,
                      In my airtel app i can see this data balance in my airtel application account
                      But i can't use this
                      Im irritated this because of the last flood in kerala,
                      Im also a volunteer in kerala floods
                      That time i want data connection for evrything,
                      For help others and sending the needs of peoples to the authorites..
                      But that time airtel behaving the same to me..
                      I forgive that
                      But now its still they doing the same
                      Am not only the person who facing this problem
                      Or the victim of the case.
                      The airtel telecom is utilizing peopel's silence
                      And doing froudster things to customers,
                      I want to complaint about this to the consumer court in india
                      Im also a working employee
                      No one will give money to me for free
                      I have more value for my money

                        1 month back the speed of internet was amazing but as the users increased in our college the speed is reduced and now we even can’t browse online sometimes!! Please install a tower here for the fast 4g speed!

                        As we all shifted from jio to airtel for better experience but now we are having same problem from last 1 month & if the problem is not resolved we have to port in other mobile network!

                          I am facing low internet connectivity in my area, unable to use internet especially in my room, also the voice call is not efficient. The network keeps on fluctuating from 2g to 3g. I am residing in a hostel where other users also faces the same problem.
                          Regarding this i have made complaints two times but no action has been taken to resolve the issue. If you cannot provide good and satisfactory service then you should not ask people to port their numbers to airtel.

                            Even though having a 4g mobile i was unable to use volte and after calling customer care and addressing them issue they said that this will be solved in 3 days.                               Hi,

                              I had taken airtel dth connection for which today is the last day to cover warranty.
                              Now when i call airtel customer care and tried to raise complaint regarding this. They are telling only 360 days they consider for one year warranty. Does one year means 360 days?
                              Finally they want money to repair the setup.
                              The way they talk was really rough and un expected.

                              Please help me to get my device repaired.

                                Oi have been on airtel mobile network for almost 20 years now and have been facing plenty of issues especially at my residence. I have complaint about their pathetic services numerous times, but only hollow assurances have been given. Religiously, i have been paying all my bills on time and have never delayed the payments, but what am i paying for? No service so there should be no payments either!!

                                We are absolutely not able to make or receive any calls at home and neither 3g or 4g works from this provider.

                                Please help in getting the signal issue resolved for good or let us have the penalty clause built in that each time the facility is unavailable at my residence, there should be a penalty to be paid to us which will be adjusted in our monthly bills. We have 5 mobile phones in the family and none of them are working due to no signals!

                                  Whenever i try to open some particular websites mainly some flash player settings url it happens. Also it constantly asks me to sign into network andd whenever i click on it it redirects me to this page. My no is [protected]. I don't know why does it happening now as my unlimited pack got expired so i recharged with ₹48 3gb internet pack validity of 28 days besides that i also have some balance of 36 rupees in my balance account.
