Facing very bad network issue. Couldnt place even call or use mobile data. Experiencing this issue last 6 months. Network is not working even after the complaint. 4g network is behaving as it is 2g. It takes 10mins to load a page. Its not as if they shown in ads.. Network is too bad

Resolved this issue asap or i have to change my network[protected]

    I have recharged my airtel number through phonepe but the recharge is not reflecting now the airtel people are telling they haven't received any transaction as such but phonepe has given the operator id[protected], saying it is successful transaction. My amount has been deducted and the recharged isn't reflecting in my number. Kindly please get the solution.

      Since today morning there is no network converge for Airtel. Kindly resolve this issue asap as I am lagging with voice calls, messages etc. Please take this as very high priority.
      Incident happened: 23/08/2019 (From morning).
      Often am facing this issue since I have re-located to the new location but today completely network coverage has gone.

          Alright so i was with airtel from 2018 and b4 that too i had a few numbers with airtel. Recently in start of august i went to airtel shop (Vasai west) to get a new postpaid sim card. I was assisting in getting the sim card from a rep named sunil. He the advised me to change the circle of my sim from thane or something to mumbai or maharashtra which would be better as vasai branch will be able to help me if anything goes wrong. The first question i asked him was if my services will get stopped and he told me it will for 4 hours but it will happen sometime between 11 pm to 4 am and i agreed. I specifically asked him if the data rolled over from all the last savings will be rolled over or not to which he said as i am only changing the circle the data will be rolled over. As i requested port i was called by an airtel rep to retain me, i specifically asked him too if the data will be rolled over and he said yes sir as you are only changing circle the data will be rolled over to which i was convinced. Now there were a few problems changing the sim and i was ok with it as mistakes happen. Finally when the sim was activated on 11nth of august i had 10 gb data and i waited for the other data to come back as the sim was just activated. I called airtel on 13 of august asking them about the same airtel reps declined that they cant do anything about it. I am a corporate sim holder who pays his bills every month on time. I have paid for the data saved all over these months. The data was more than 70 gb. I escalated to a supervisor and he told me he cant do anything and that he can raise a complain as i was given a wrong information. He told me i will get a callback in 24 hours. I have not recieved a call till date. Yesterday i called airtel again to which they again declined but the supervisor raised a complaint again.
          I have paid for the data and i should be either given the data or compensated towards it.
          The store manager in vasai was aware about the whole sim situation and she did not even say anything when sunil told me the data will be rolled over.
          I want to know whats wrong with airtel? I have 4 numbers with you guys and you cant respect me enough when i have paid my bills on time?.
          This is just airtel taking my money and not giving what they promissed

              I am facing network issues from airtel since the last 20 days. Had raised numerous compliants, followed up with customer care and still date my problem has not been resolved. They just want their dues to be cleared on time and no customer service. Every time only one thing is said that sir your compliant has been put on high priority and it will be resolved. The tat for resolving is 4 days and now it has been 20 days. I am not able to use my handset at all at my location. Airtel customer service is pathetic to say the least. Can resolve a network related issue in 20 days, what to say. Escalated this matter several times to their team but still it is open.

                  I am last 6 month facing a problem much time that is channel not working error is b001, and I have complain in customer care and tell to ms vanisri, she is talking to me very loudly and did not give any logical solution. One thing I want say that i do not pay any amount to you for service to us because your company service engineer visiting my home much time and I have paid your company service engineer fee much time in one problem because I have paid already to you in monthly charges for service if you do not resolve in my problem so I can go for legally.

                  I called to customer care for this problem on 3Aug2019 and they call me back on 17Aug2019 for this problem and she asking me your problem is different so you have to pay the fees of the company because The month of the end according to company policy has come to an end on August 6 but I did the Complaint on 3 August

                    Hello sir,
                    I applied for pf withdraw, but that was rejected for name not printed on cancel cheque. So now what will i do please suggest.

                    Please send me the process of pf withdraw because i am not able to withdraw it online. Withdraw option was not showing when i tried to apply for withdraw online.

                    Please send the address where i will send the withdrawn form and also send process of withdrawn.

                    I try to verification my number Once I see airtel signal, I called 59059. But doesn't ask to connect for tele-verification disconnected automatically.
                    Very bad service experiance by you so I have decised to discontinue of DTH ID [protected] & also porting of my airtel no [protected], I also sprade this massage to all of your airtel customers who can use airtel DTH or MOBILE SERVICE

                      But have not got any msg for

                      It has been 10 days
                      my refund not received.

                      I have contacted airtel customer care
                      But they always said it will be refunded in 7 to 10 days

                      And one customer care executive hang up on me.

                        I migrated from vodafone to airtel a few months back. I had full dnd active on my number and like in past, i expected not to receive any marketing calls and sms on my number. Unfortunately this did not happen and i have been forwarding all those marketing calls/sms to 1909. Since this was going on for a long time i decided to email airtel customer care 15th august giving them the whole information and requesting if they could help further.
                        Since then i've received 2-3 phone calls and emails now advising me that they have a dedicated team to look into this further and that i should now write to them and explain my issue in details. So i ended up emailing the whole issue in details to first the airtel customer care team and then to the nodal and appellate authority who by the way did not even care to respond back to me and now airtel believes that i have so much spare time on my hand that i should write my issue in detail to this new department they have created.in addition the response from the airtel csr also states that even though i have a full dnd on my number marketing calls and sms will reduce drastically but might still continue occasionally.
                        All i want is some help to ensure that i dont get these marketing calls and sms on my number which incidentally i never used to get on vodafone but airtel is proving that it is incompetent in doing so and ensure that its customers are left to run from one end to another.

                              Made an accidental recharge of rs 3998 on airtel number [protected]. I was trying to recharge only rs 399. Paytm transaction id is [protected] dated 22 august 2019. Please reverse the recharge amount as no international roaming, etc, have been done.
                              Please email me back about your action. I am earning 20k per month, how can i afford losing 3999 in one click. Please resolve my issue and transfer the same to paytm account

                                  I am an airtel mobile subscriber of three months unlimited data pack of 2.3 gb/day. My whatsapp setting completely blocks automatic downloads, hence consumption of 800 mb by simply reading messages and sending three screenshots to my business partners is highly doubtful. I just realised once i used my airtel app to see my data balance which reads 1.5 gb/2.3gb in the evening, just as i was about to share my hotspot to my android tv. Kindly solve the matter.

                                    My mobile no. is [protected] I have paid my August billNo. by dropping my cheque No.943519 dtd070819 drawn on State Bank Of India Jwala Heri Delhi in drop box situated at your office in B1 block Paschim Vihar but I regret to note that cheque has not been debited to my account till date. Also I have not received any communication from your office about any discrepency in the cheque please advise me about the current status of my payment.

                                      Airtel is doing bankrupt while recharging for newly migrated numbers from Docomo Network. Initially they were processing refund for the amount for which they weren't able to process mobile recharge.

                                      But afterwards they found a way to bankrupt and loot people's money. They clearly start not processing any refund and continually doing the bankruption for the smaller amount, combinely odds of 1000 rupees atmost.

                                      Somehow I had reached customer care by dialling 198 and somewhere by pressing 9 where there weren't option for 9. That allows people to reach Customer Care of telecom providers. Those 9 - Nine's, start doing bankruption saying to do initial recharge of Rs.199, because that's initial activation way of recharge amount.

                                      To clearly state Bharthi Telecom Ltd., is shown their In capability in terms of always as is. And they are incapable to handle hefty of number. For example if you don't use your number, they will use to give it to others where you can recognize them by seeing your own number with other profile photo in Whatsapp. It could be your mAdhaar number.

                                      That's as is Bharthi Telecom Ltd., and their Government Bonding. So you can understand. They just Bakruption. Snatch your number from you and give it to Brokers first (sort of), and after that anything.

                                      They even have binding with all sort of Brokers in Market. Particularly Black Market.

                                      Now I thinking that no way I can get my Docomo Number back. So probably that I lost my mAdhaar Number. So who answer here so.
