Airtel — Call Drops/Number not reachable/Voice breakage

I have been using corporate Postpaid Airtel connection from last 10 months. The most frequent and common problems which we face in a metro city like NCR are 1) Most of the time when caller tries to reach me on my cell phone, he gets an automated revert "Number is not reachable". Although my office is in KG Marg, Cannaught Place (heart of the DELHI city), but still i am not reachable for the caller. It frustrates me the most as sometime the other person is in urgency to call me and he gets a revert of "Number not reachable". Although i get an automated sms after 5-10 mins that caller has given you a missed call but i don't get the call at that time. I have to again call the caller (for which i will be charged obviously) and i get charged also for the sms which i receive. 2) The other surprise which i face everyday morning is that every time when i travel on NH-8 (from Gurgaon to Delhi), whenever i am on flyover, the call gets disconnected. NH-8 is the most busy highway in the morning hours and i believe there must be millions o[censored]sers on the highway but i always get a pleasant experience of call drops. The most frustrating part of call drop is that after the call drop both the callers tries to reach each other at the same time and they both gets a message of "the other person your are calling is busy". It consumes your 3-4 more minutes to connect with each other. The most hilarious situation is that network of Airtel gets dropped in front of Airtel head-office only on NH-8. 3) Moreover if we are fortunate enough to have a continue call (without call drop), then the voice of other person will keep breaking, despite the fact the person is in some prime location of the city. I can never think of travelling to any of the rural locations with my Airtel Number only. I don't know whether these issues are common with other users or not but i am really shocked to have this pathetic service in the metro city like Delhi. Airtel have launched 4G services but fails to cater the basic services. Will appreciate if anyone from Airtel can understand and will resolve the issue.
